Operations Admin Executive (ERP)

Job Overview
We are looking for an Operations Admin Executive (ERP) to support daily master data management in Microsoft Dynamics ERP system. This role is suitable for a detail-oriented candidate who is keen to build hands-on experience in ERP systems and operational administration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across operational processes for two entities. This role will report to Headquarters (HQ) in Singapore

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage, create, update, and maintain master data in Microsoft Dynamics ERP (items, customers, vendors, etc.)
2. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across two ERP entities
3. Coordinate with internal users to collect, verify and implement master data change requests
4. Perform regular data audits, cleansing, and validation to ensure data integrity
5. Support daily ERP operational tasks and resolve master data issues
6. Assist in user testing and data preparation for ERP enhancements or updates
7. Maintain documentation for master data processes, changes, and standard operating procedures
8. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and data governance standards

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations, or related field
2. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of ERP or administrative experience is an advantage
3. High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data
4. Ability to read and write in Chinese (for system data, documentation, and communication)
5. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
6. Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
7. Responsible, organised, and able to handle routine tasks accurately

Electronics Engineer

We are looking for an electronic engineer who will research, develop, test and troubleshoot electronic components and systems for semiconductor equipment. Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Perform detailed calculations to develop manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications for electro-mechanical modules in machine.
2. Develop, manufacture, integrate, and test of electronics/ electro-mechanical modules to ensure that products meet specifications and codes.
3. Develop, manufacture, integrate, and test of opto-electronics modules of instrumentation.
4. Investigate complaints from customers or the public, evaluate problems, and recommend solutions.
5. Work with project managers on production efforts to ensure that projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.

Applications Engineer

We are looking for an Applications Engineer who will work alongside team members and to support new development.   Roles & Responsibilities:  

1. Support implementation of new features and developments.
2. Work closely with the internal team in developing new features and applications to meet customers' requirements.
3. Perform internal and on-site testing for newly developed software and hardware.
4. Proactively work towards achieving department and company goals.
5. Provide assistance/support to the Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing team.
6. Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.

Field Application Engineer

We are looking for an engineer to support new development and work alongside team members. Roles & Responsibilities:

1. To work closely with the internal team in developing new features and applications to meet customers' requirements.
2. Perform internal and or on-site setup, testing, and troubleshooting of software and or equipment.
3. Perform machine qualifications in customer site, provide reports (GR&R), VR&R, and Pre-Qualification buyoff).
4. Perform machine buyoff and standard setup verification, carry out calibration and installation of equipment as assigned.

Software Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled software engineer to work on sophisticated mechanical, electrical, vision, and/or optical systems. Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the full lifecycle of development - from gathering requirement specifications through analysis, design, implementation, test, and support.
2. Plan machine operation process and coordinate with other cross-functional software engineers/teams, such as field application teams, communication, automation and machine vision teams.
3. Source code and version control, documentation for the development.

Sales Engineer

We are looking for a technical sales engineer who is able to achieve the existing business development target and ensure customer satisfaction.   Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Identify new business and increase sales volumes within existing customers and potential customers.
2. Develop business strategies and achieve performance targets.
3. Prepare and conduct product demonstration and sales presentation.
4. Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer service.
