Responsibilities :

·         To propose and establish standard technical documentation processes policies for R&D team and external users

·         To proactively work very closely with the subject matter experts

·         To document, update and maintain all software development life cycle documents, engineering documents and etc

·         To digest technical materials (text and hardware) provided by technical teams, and interpret them into technical documents that are user friendly to all users

·         To develop illustrations such as flow diagrams, class diagrams and etc

·         Must maintain a professional demeanour with a high regard to safeguarding confidential information

Requirements :

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computing Studies, Computer Science, English, Technical Writing, MIS or related field, preferably with software engineering background

·         Excellent written, verbal communications skills and good command of English is a must

·         Highly attentive to details and strong analytical skills

·         Good experience in software development and engineering technical writing is a must

·         Ability to grasp and explain complicated systems

·         A strong command of using Windows applications such as Office

·         Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

·         Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

·         Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibilities
