Responsibilities :

·         Assist mechanical engineers on all kind engineering documentation (such as BOM, part number, documentation filing) preparation

·         Perform simple mechanical design and drafting

·         Perform evaluation, testing and assembly job on new design

·         Liaising with vendors

Requirements :

·         Possess Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering

·         1-2 years working experience in semiconductor

·         Experience in mechanical design and 3D CAD will be an advantage

·         Fresh graduates are welcome
